Western blotting (WB):  

       PiQ™ ECL Reagent: 1:1,000-1:5,000   

       FeQ™ ECL Reagent: 1:5,000-1:20,000  

Immunohistochemistry (IHC): 1:200-1:1,000 

Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA): 1:2,000-1:20,000

Do not use sodium azide (NaN3) as a bacteriostatic preservative in antibody dilution buffer, since this product inhibits HRP enzyme activity.  

HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody is affinity-purified and is suitable to detect primary antibodies used in WB, IHC and ELISA. First, a primary antibody of rabbit origin is bound to a target antigen. After a brief wash, HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody is applied to form a complex with the primary antibody. After another brief wash, HRP substrates such as luminol or 3,3'-diaminobenzidine (DAB) are added to generate detectable chemiluminescence or insoluble colors.
