qRT-PCR-based molecular tests have been the gold standard for detecting SARS-COV-2 in human specimens. However, due to the fact that the viral loads may differ dramatically from different respiratory sources and from different stages after disease onset, false negatives are inevitable. To overcome this problem, SARS-CoV-2 antigen tests and serological tests have been used to complement molecular tests. We have developed GenuIN® CoV2 Enrichment Kit to concentrate SARS-CoV-2 N proteins and GenuIN® CoV2 Antigen Detection Kit to detect SARS-CoV-2 from a variety of sources.
